Daredevil engineer 65ft high holds on for his life while ladder sways in the wind

It's a situation that would normally warrant scaffolding. But this rebellious worker clearly cares little for all that. And, as the camera pans around, it becomes clear the ordinary-looking ladder is fastened to the roof by just a single rope.
