I Wonder Why "Especially" White Celebrities Walk Around Half Naked

Among all the celebrities at the Oscars yesterday, Irina Shayk caught my eyes. She wore this gown to the award last night and obviously if you can see as much as i can, you would know that she just wore the sheer black gown with no pants or bra on. Maybe because i am African, but how do the really feel so comfortable in that? Any small shift now is wahala.  See more picures after cut.
