Cleaner gets N7,200 salary increment for returning N12m:+ My opinion On That

Hello guys, am sorry i am not just here now to tell you guys about this news but also what i fee about it. i might not be rational or maybe you might also think like i do. Ok now imagine

Josephine Ugwu, the airport cleaner who returned a passenger’s luggage containing local and foreign currencies to the tune of N12m has been rewarded with a N7,200 salary increment.

Ugwu, who works for Patovilki Cleaning Services, a concessionaire engaged by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria to keep the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos clean, was on a monthly salary of N7,800 before the incident.

The National Diploma graduate of Our Saviour Institute of Science, Agriculture and Technology, Enugu, now enjoys a N7,200 salary increment, bringing her new salary to N15,000.

Its not as if they didnt try oo to compensate her  or neither am i saying that she did the wrong thing by returning the money to them, but hmm if i was the one here let me not lie oo, i dont even know if i will return that money oo. See now from my own point of view, this is a lady who has needs, a family and other pressing things that might be surrounding her and yet still living on the meager salary she is being paid to keep her family running and now comes across N12m, i swear this needs to be compensated heavily and not just increasing the salary to 15k., And the truth is that those thatare even increasing the salary to 15k can even spend more than that in just a single hangout.
Now what if she didnt return that money and maybe decided to run with that money or even resign or something? her life would atleast change a little although God might punish later or maybe small thunder will fire her later.lolz but atleast she will be comfortable a bit for some time.
Please am just saying sha, just what i fink about the whole thing tho.
