Things really got messy to day at Lekki phase 1. I was in lekki at that time but i was still at work, Then a colleague of mine that left before me just called me and told me about the incident, she was so scared that i even heard it from her voice and seriously the fear also got to me. I am even still in the office right now, dont even feel like going home this night.
As i heard from someone, the armed robbers who where dressed in military uniforms came into Lekki Phase 1 through the water from Ikoyi-Lekki Bridge. These armed robbers just got into the area with the plan of robbingb FCMB Bank at Plot B, Waterfront Plaza, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos state and started shooting. These robbers got into the Bank, announced their presence and everybody cooperated,including the staff. (WHO WANTS TO DIE?) so the robbery was a succesfull one.

the even hacked into the atms and made away with a lot of money. Then on stepping out, the started shooting sporadically, eventually killing three policemen who where escorts to one coaster bus and also shot a fish seller who was finally rushed to the hospital. Other 5 that i heard who were hit by stray bullets where also rushed to the hospital. Just after the whole incident, the armed robbers escaped through the same way they came in. I just pity those policemen who were sprayed and shot dead maybe just because of the uniform. Please as i am even typing now, even as the robbery has ended, i am still scared, dont even know when to go home.. please i need heavenly flight to come pick me up. see more pictures after cut.
